Community Curation Nashville 2023

It’s that time again! The Smith Center is preparing for our 2023 Community Curation Program, this time based in Nashville, Tennessee’s celebrated Fisk University. Nashville’s rich historical landscape has been the foundation of incredible work by resident students, educators, curators, librarians, archivists, historians, and history-keeping citizens. Our goal is to contribute to this important historical preservation work by marshaling resources and developing collaborative programming during the month of October.

For the entire month of October, we will be digitizing audiovisual materials, documents and photos for Fisk, other local institutions/organizations, and community members.
