Professor Charles Biggers born in 1882 in Kansas goes on to become formally educated in Kansas, Missouri, and New York and building experience by working as a principal in some of the largest city schools in Oklahoma. He went on to start a college of his own with branches all the way to Houston, Texas. Opening doors for hundreds of  young students and entrepreneurs to retain degrees and start promising careers of their own. He traveled all over the country and won prizes for his promising institution commemorating the support he provided for various communities he traveled to in the early 1900's.
